What the free plan includes
The free plan isn't a trial. It includes a beautiful digital invitation page, a share link you send yourself by WhatsApp or any other way, a full guest list with groups, and an RSVP dashboard that updates in real time.
For a small event, or if you prefer to send the invitation yourself, this may be all you need. Every guest who confirms on the invitation page appears on your list with the number of people coming, and you can export the list to Excel.
Event package: when you want the system to do the work
The event package adds the part that saves the most time: automatic sending rounds. The system sends every guest a personal WhatsApp message, sends an SMS to guests without WhatsApp, reminds only those who haven't answered, and finishes with an automated voice call where the guest presses a key to confirm. The package also includes seating.
The package price depends on the size of your guest list, so an event with 150 guests doesn't pay the same as one with 800. You see the price before you confirm, with no hidden extras.
Why our prices are open
We think a couple planning a wedding, or a family planning a bar mitzvah, should know what it costs without talking to a salesperson. So prices are written on the site, and what you see is what you pay.
The transparency continues during your event. Before each sending round you see how many messages will go out. If a message isn't delivered or a round is cancelled, the unused credits come back to you.
Business pricing: halls, planners and RSVP agencies
Businesses that want to offer RSVPs to their clients get a separate plan. They buy credits at wholesale prices, set their own prices for clients, and manage every event from one dashboard under their own logo and domain. Their clients never see our brand or our prices.
Billing clients stays with the business, in whatever way suits it. On the platform the business simply assigns credits to each event from its own balance.
What affects the price
Three things determine what you pay for an event: how many guests are on the list, which channels you use, and how many reminder rounds are needed. A WhatsApp message, an SMS and a minute of voice call each cost different amounts, so the system sends through the cheapest effective channel first and saves the voice call for guests who haven't answered.
In practice, the more guests answer the very first message, the fewer reminders and calls go out. A clear invitation and a firm RSVP deadline help you, and they help the bill too.
Payment and currency
Prices are shown in shekels for customers in Israel and in US dollars for customers outside Israel. Payment goes through a secure Israeli payment processor. There's no monthly subscription for a single event: you pay once for that event's package. Businesses top up their credit balance whenever they need to, and can see their usage per client at any time.
