Privacy policy

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, phone number, the type of event and, if you choose, its date. When you apply to the partner program we collect your business name, contact name, phone number, business type and, if you choose, your email and number of events per year.

With each form we also store how you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the referring website and the first page you landed on.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to contact you about early access to Practi Party or about the partner program, and to understand which channels bring people to the site. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for third-party advertising.

Analytics without cookies

We measure visits with PostHog in cookieless mode, hosted in the EU. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't build a personal profile, and never receives your name, phone number or email. If analytics is blocked by your browser, the site works exactly the same.

Where your details are stored

Form details are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU. The website is served by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and partner details until you ask us to delete them, or until they're no longer needed for the purpose you gave them for.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email privacy@practi-party.com and we'll handle your request promptly.
